If cancelling 0-7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit If cancelling 8-14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit If cancelling 15-21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit If cancelling 22-30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit Breakfast is applicable to the morning after the night’s accommodation. It is not refundable. We reserve the right to cancel and release non-guaranteed reservations 7 days after the booking is made if the deposit has not been received. Should you have an additional guest other than the guests booked, we reserve the right to reserve admission into the room and there will be an additional charge levied. The number of guests may not exceed the maximum occupancy for that room. We reserve the right to charge a 15% cancellation fee based on the deposit value. All reservations must be cancelled or amended in writing.
